Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?+
Browse the Shop or Print-on-Demand collection, open a product, choose your options (size, colour, quantity), and add it to your cart. When you’re ready, open the cart and head to checkout.
How do the discounts work?+
New customers get 10% off their first order, and you can save 20% when you order 2 or more items. The two offers can be combined. A discount code is required at checkout — enter your code to apply the savings. Offer terms apply.
How do I pay?+
Checkout is handled through the store’s secure hosted checkout. Enter your discount code, review your order, and you’ll be taken to the payment page to complete your purchase safely.
Shipping & returns
Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?+
Shipping destinations and delivery times depend on the items in your order and are confirmed at checkout before you pay. Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner after payment, so they may take longer than in-stock items.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order is processed and shipped, you can look it up on the Order Lookup page using your order reference and email. Tracking information appears there as soon as it’s available from the fulfilment partner.
What is your return and exchange policy?+
Return and exchange details are not listed on this site yet. If something isn’t right with your order, contact the team through the Contact page with your order number and we’ll help you directly. Please reach out before sending anything back.
